Hospice Partners, Inc. offers hospice care and Service under two separately licensed hospice agencies:

Hospice Partners of the Central Coast is a Medicare certified Hospice agency providing hospice services to residents of San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties since 1998.

Hospice Partners of Southern California is the newest agency in the Wilshire Health & Community Services family located in Santa Monica. They’ve recently been accredited by Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and have been recommended for Medicare certification.
